Entry Requirements

Our requirements vary for a few specialist roles and therefore before you apply we recommend that you review the specific academic requirements on the vacancy job description.

Requirements & Qualifications

You will need to have obtained or be studying towards a 2:1 in a law degree, or commendation in Graduate Diploma of Law (GDL) or Common Professional Examination (CPE) qualification. You will have achieved at least 104 UCAS points (260 UCAS points pre 2017) for your A levels (or equivalent), a grade 4 (C) in English language and a grade 4 (C) in Maths in your GCSEs (or equivalent). Please note we do not accept applicants who have obtained or are studying towards the LPC qualification for this role. What does this team do?

The Legal Entity Management team provide a mix of compliance and advisory services related to the management and governance of legal entities. We help clients meet the corporate legal compliance requirements for both their UK and overseas legal entities by providing a full outsourcing proposition. We also support our clients on numerous advisory projects, including strategic & operational consulting, company secretarial & subsidiary governance advice, and legal entity rationalisation and restructuring projects. We then look to technology solutions to see how we can support our clients in maximising efficiencies whilst maintaining the highest standards that our clients expect.

Our clients vary from private groups and owner-managed businesses to large multinationals, operating across the spectrum of industries including technology, financial services, real estate, leisure, retail, manufacturing and utilities.

In addition to taking part in the Analyst Development Programme, we will support you in obtaining a professional Company Secretary qualification with the Governance Institute (formerly the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA)) that will be beneficial to your everyday work and long-term career.
