Entry Requirements

Our requirements vary for a few specialist roles and therefore before you apply we recommend that you review the specific academic requirements on the vacancy job description.

Requirements & Qualifications

You will need to be studying towards at least a 2:1 in any degree discipline and due to graduate by September 2023 as you will complete the Industrial Placement in your penultimate year of university, as well as achieved at least 104 UCAS points (260 UCAS points pre-2017) for your A levels (or equivalent), and achieved at least a grade 4 (C) in English language and at least a grade 5 (B) in Maths in your GCSEs (or equivalent).

You will be part of a diverse team that challenges itself to provide simple solutions to complex problems. You will deliver innovative business outcomes, working alongside some of the greatest minds around. You will take a holistic view of key functions, spanning strategy articulation, process design and technology enablement, with a focus on enabling functions, such as Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement and Technology.

Your professional experience

  • You’ll be collecting, collating and analysing data to help clients on their enterprise transformation journey, extrapolating conclusions and providing insights that support decisions
  • Supporting Deloitte teams on client engagements by creating and managing quality deliverables using relevant software and applications e.g. MS Excel, PowerPoint
  • Helping design and implement finance, supply chain and technology operating & delivery models and transforming how these functions service the organization
  • Applying core project management skills and drive innovation using key consulting methods and tools
  • Demonstrating professionalism and building rapport with clients to design solutions to some of our clients’ most complex challenges

Your professional experience

Be an integral part of a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team leading our client’s transformation. You’ll help clients stay ahead of the market, reimagining business processes, solving their most complex operational challenges, and developing innovative solutions with the latest technologies.

Day to day you will be collecting and analysing data, producing high quality reports and presentations, and driving innovation with thorough research and teamwork. You’ll develop great working relationships with clients, learn core consulting and project management skills and gain experience with cutting-edge technologies.

We also have roles for Industrial Placements in several of our specialist technical teams, for those interested in developing “hands-on” technical skills in Cloud technology and software development – be sure to mention this if you are invited for interview.

Your professional experience​

Working with a wide range of organisations, you’ll be part of a team that builds web and mobile experiences, transforming the way businesses interact with their customers. You’ll help provide clients with insights to help them make decisions fast and get projects moving from design through to development, innovating on your feet to solve real world problems.

You’ll use your knowledge of digital trends and research to help shape business cases that revolutionise our clients’ current products or service offerings. You’ll work across the entire software delivery lifecycle, helping clients to operate successfully in the digital world. As part of all this you’ll receive mentoring, support and training in agile methods such as Scrum and Kanban, and training in rapid prototyping tools.
