Requirements & Qualifications

You will need to have obtained or e studying towards at least 260 UCAS points (pre 2017 A level, or equivalent, results) or at least 104 UCAS points (2018 A level, or equivalent, results) and e available to join us in September 2020 and have you must have achieved at least a grade 4 (C) in English language and at least a grade 6 (B) in Maths in your GCSEs.

Your professional experience

Do you have a creative eye to customise client proposals? As well as opportunities for researchers, we have opportunities for creative individuals to develop their skills in producing impactful visual proposals and presentations. In the Proposal Factory you will be exposed to a wide variety of information and bids from a range of industries supporting requests in a fast-paced environment.

Join us and be part of the new and exciting dedicated Consulting Sales Excellence team that continues to challenge itself to improve the quality, consistency and speed of response for the proposals across the business. The Belfast Proposal Factory team support some of our most strategic client projects, working closely with multiple teams within Deloitte to provide first-class solutions.   • Develop organisations’ analytical culture: identify how a business may need to adapt to become a more analytical organisation, allowing them to be more agile in their approach to data and technology, and unlock valuable insight

  • Create and manage quality deliverables using the relevant desktop software and applications (e.g. MS Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Collect, collate and analyse data to help our clients navigate through business strategy transformation, extrapolating conclusions and providing insight.
  • Answer our client’s most strategically important questions using complex datasets and advanced analytics, including advising them on pricing, customer and channel targeting, and location strategy.
  • Drive business growth, transformational change and value for our clients by refining marketing strategies, embedding commercial excellence and building core capabilities.
  • Shape and deliver enterprise-level changes by advising on priority transformation questions, including M&A, cost reduction, regulation, strategic systems and capability design.
  • Work across a broad range of industries, including consumer goods, healthcare and life sciences, technology, finance, automotive, public policy, and many more.
