Requirements & Qualifications

You will need to have obtained or be studying towards at least 260 UCAS points (pre 2017 A level, or equivalent, results) or at least 104 UCAS points (2018 A level, or equivalent, results) and be available to join us in September 2020 and have you must have achieved at least a grade 4 (C) in English language and at least a grade 6 (B) in Maths in your GCSEs.

Your professional experience

In Tax Consulting you’ll get to work with and learn from some of the most talented and experienced professionals in the industry. You’ll be learning every day, from new tax legislation to technical skills, being proactive and adapting quickly to different types of work. You’ll have the opportunity to work with FTSE 100 organisations, start-ups and private individuals, helping them solve some of the most complex issues their business is ever likely to face.

You will attend The Tax Analyst Academy in your first two weeks at Deloitte. During this time, you will get the opportunity to meet your peers and learn the soft skills and technical skills to operate as a tax professional from day one in the office.

You will then participate in the Tax Analyst Development two year programme designed to prepare you for promotion to Consultant. The programme comprises of on the job learning, core training, and study for professional qualification training.

  • Supporting clients to embrace the future of work, so that their workforces are ready, willing and able to work in new ways; this developing new capabilities and talent and delivering digital and technology transformation
  • Working across industries and sectors to gain a broad view across the market of people and workforce trends and demands
  • Appling this knowledge to project delivery; helping our clients solve their workforce problems and enabling them to deliver transformation and value through their people, and offer their people satisfying and fulfilling careers
  • Working with clients to understand their workforces, and to align these with their People, HR and business strategies

  • Help solve complex challenges by drawing upon financial, commercial, technical and quantitative skills to manage risk and reward to help business leaders address critical business, financial and insurance challenges
  • Working across industries and sectors to gain a broad view across the current Business Transformation markets in a client facing role
  • The ability to bring fresh & exciting ideas that support clients to think differently about how they manage their people, change, risk and reward and large-scale transformation

Your professional experience

In Organisation Transformation you will work alongside clients to develop solutions across our three centres of excellence:

  • Organisation Design: Liaising with client stakeholders to understand their organisation structure, capabilities and accountabilities and utilising asset-enabled solutions to support clients to achieve a more adaptable and future-fit organisation design in line with their top-line strategy
  • Programme Leadership: Supporting delivery of complex transformations, portfolios and one-off mega investment programmes through implementation of innovative programme management tools, including industry standard data analytics tools, to help clients improve performance
  • Change: Enabling organisations to deliver transformation through their people by building capability in business change and culture transformation. This includes supporting implementation of technology and digital ways of working to ensure clients are ready, willing, and able to move into the digital era

As an Organisation Transformation Analyst you will utilise digital tools and assets to support client delivery and provide robust and strategic solutions to our clients. You will work in a client-facing role alongside a team of Deloitte Consultants, Supporting our clients to solve their key business challenges and adapt for the future of work and digital era.

You will have the opportunity to bring fresh and exciting ideas to support clients to think differently about how they operate, adapt and achieve large-scale transformation.

You will be able to work across industries and sectors to gain a broad view of client challenges.
