Your opportunity

Japanese companies are facing a unique series of challenges in the global marketplace, such as a volatile regulatory landscape, a shrinking domestic workforce and increasing focus on overseas markets and a disruptive and exponential change in digital technologies.

Deloitte’s Japanese Human Capital (JHC) team in London partners with Japanese clients to overcome these challenges and steer them towards truly global success, helping them to plan, build and develop globally mobile talent and meet all personal tax compliance and withholding obligations regionally and globally. Some of the services are provided in the Japanese language so the business level Japanese language skill will be one of the essential requirements.

We work with more than 200 Japanese organisations in the UK and Europe. Our clients are spread across all industry sectors: from manufacturing, to technology, to financial services, to sport, and everything in between. We partner with organisations of all shapes and sizes, from private individuals through to large multinational corporations. Whilst we are based in the UK, our client work takes us to whichever geography our Japanese clients need us – most commonly European countries, but also to Japan and other Asian countries when it comes to complex global projects. One thing our clients share is the need for a partner to guide them on their transformational global talent journeys.
