Risk Advisory – Cyber Risk – Technical - Graduate Programme

Programme overview

Our Graduate Programme is more than a world-class training scheme, this a permanent job. It gives you a market-leading salary, benefits, a professional qualification, and endless opportunities to learn and progress. You’ll work with clients from the start, on projects that have a genuine impact on their success.

Your opportunity

Whether you join us on the strategic or technical side, you’ll be working on all kinds of challenging projects to mitigate cyber risks. From trying to hack their systems to understanding which cyber threats could have the biggest impact, your work will keep clients safe, secure and one step ahead.

  • Cyber Strategy (business stream): Not every job within Deloitte Cyber requires a technical background. As cyber-attacks occur with greater frequency and severity, board members and executives are beginning to realise that technology solutions are just one part of a comprehensive approach to managing their cyber risk. Within this stream, you’ll be helping clients to identify and protect their critical information and assets, ensuring that they can not only survive, but also thrive, in a competitive market place.
  • Cyber Technical (technical stream): With technology changing by the second, and security breaches ever-more common, cyber security is critical to business. We provide clients with deep technical knowledge and expertise, from applying advanced defensive technologies to spotting critical vulnerabilities by trying to compromise their network. You’ll also have the opportunity to work on Cyber Strategy projects, developing your skills throughout your career.

Your professional experience

  • We help our clients to understand and respond to the threats they face utilising our deep technical expertise, solving challenges such as detecting unknown or unseen threats, configuring and managing access solutions to information and systems as well as identifying and contextualising the threats and threat actors to an organisation.
  • Within our technical stream we offer a wide variety of options for your cyber career, for example whether you wish to become an ethical hacker, or cyber incident responder, identifying the root cause of a cyber incident and assisting the organisation to recover effectively. All we ask is that you have a relevant technical degree, or a demonstrable skill within a relevant information security area such as networks or coding.
